We recommend comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Barefoot or grip socks are best — no shoes are needed in the studio.
We provide high-quality mats and all the props you'll need. You're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
You can choose from three flexible options — Essence, Align, or Elevate — with monthly and yearly pricing. Each comes with different class access and benefits.
