Our Movement & Mind Workshop is a beautifully balanced blend of mindful movement, guided journaling, and quiet introspection. Designed to support both your body and your inner world, this experience invites you to move gently, breathe deeply, and listen inward — all in a peaceful, supportive setting.

We’ll begin with a breath-led Pilates and mobility flow to open the body and release tension, then transition into guided journaling and self-inquiry prompts inspired by the season or theme. You’ll leave feeling clear, grounded, and more connected to your body and your truth.

Program:

10:00 AM — Grounding Movement Practice
A calming Pilates-based flow to open the body, regulate the nervous system, and invite presence.

10:45 AM — Guided Journaling & Reflection
Settle into stillness and explore thoughtful prompts centered on personal intention, emotional clarity, and seasonal themes.

11:15 AM — Integration Circle + Optional Sharing
A quiet group moment to breathe, reflect, and (if you wish) share insights or intentions. Herbal tea and light treats provided.
