Curious about Reformer Pilates but not sure where to start? This free community workshop is a gentle introduction to the Reformer — designed for anyone who’s new to the equipment or returning after a break.

You’ll be guided through the basics of how the Reformer works, try beginner-friendly movements, and learn how breath, alignment, and resistance work together to support strength, control, and mobility.

This is a safe, supportive space where questions are encouraged, and no previous experience is needed. Whether you're feeling curious or intimidated, this is your place to start — calmly, confidently, and with expert care.

11:00 AM — Welcome & Introduction
Meet your instructor, explore the space, and set the tone for a relaxed and encouraging session.

11:10 AM — Getting to Know the Reformer
A hands-on walkthrough of the machine: understanding springs, straps, footbar, and safety features.

11:25 AM — Guided Movement Practice
Try a short sequence of beginner Reformer exercises focused on core engagement, breath, and body awareness.
