9:00 AM — Welcome & Seasonal Reflection
Arrive with tea, settle into the space, and explore themes of the current season through intention-setting and gentle grounding.

9:30 AM — Nourishing Movement Practice
A slow, breath-centered Pilates and mobility sequence to awaken the body and open space.

10:30 AM — Guided Journaling & Breathwork
Explore self-reflection prompts, visualization, and breath practices to support emotional clarity.

11:00 AM — Seasonal Brunch + Herbal Tea
Enjoy a locally crafted, plant-based brunch with teas that reflect the flavors and energetics of the season.

11:45 AM — Closing Circle & Take-Home Ritual
Close with a moment of gratitude and a small seasonal self-care gift to continue your practice at home.
