Our Free Community Workshop is an open invitation to explore mindful Pilates in a gentle, non-intimidating environment — whether you're completely new, returning after time away, or just curious about what we do.
This event is designed to introduce you to our approach: intentional movement, breath-led practice, and a focus on feeling good in your body. You’ll get to move through a beginner-friendly sequence, learn foundational principles, and ask any questions you might have — all in a calm, inclusive space.
